"Existing downloaded content may still be imported into your Project" warning is misleading
How to reproduce:
1. Create a project
2. Import any asset from Asset Store
3. Close Unity
4. Turn off the Internet
5. Open the project again (office mode)
6. Observe the warring in Asset Store Tab
Actual result: Warning is misleading because the downloaded packages goes into C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Unity\Asset Store-5.x\ and users want to access them
Reproduced with: 5.5.5f1, 5.6.4f1, 2017.1.2p2, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0b7, 2018.1.0a2
