The Camera first person mode in Cameras overlay is greyed out and not clickable when the Editor is restarted with the Game View focused
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
# Enable the Cameras overlay in the Scene View
# Make sure Scene View and Game View are docked in the same area
# Click on the Game View to focus it (Scene View is not visible)
# Restart the Editor
# Click on the Scene View to make it come in the front
# Observe the Cameras overlay in the Scene View
*Actual results:* The first person camera mode is greyed out and not clickable in the Cameras overlay
*Expected results:* The first person camera mode is not greyed out
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.6f1, 6000.2.0b5
*Tested on (OS):* macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.3, Windows 11
*Notes:*
* Disabling and Enabling the Cameras overlay fixes the issue
