Exception: "il2cpp.exe did not run properly" appears when building for WebGL on Windows 7
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project.
2. Build it for WebGL.
Expected result: Program will be built for WebGL.
Actual result: Building fails, window "il2cpp.exe did not run properly" appears.
Note: After building, build status is printed as "Succeeded" what is not true.
Reproduced on: 2017.1.0b6, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0b3.
Works fine with 5.6.2p2.
Regression introduced in 2017.1.
Reproduced on Windows 7.
Seems to work fine with Windows 10.
