[Linux] Mouse cursor gets stuck at the edge of the screen when trying to pan in the Scene view
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new 3D project
2. Select the Hand icon in the “Tools” menu in the Scene view
3. Hold down the left mouse button in the Scene view to pan
4. Try dragging the cursor to the edge
Actual result: The cursor gets stuck at the edge, making panning around the scene difficult
Expected result: The cursor wraps around to the other edge, allowing a smoother panning experience

Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24.04 (Wayland)
Not reproducible on: Ubuntu 22.05 (x11)
Notes:
- The issue seems to be exclusive to Wayland
- This also affects freelooking and orbiting
