Audio files fail to be imported when the file path is 260 characters or longer
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-130715"
2. In the Project window, navigate to the "Assets/test_test..." folder
3. Select the audio files inside of the folder
4. Right click the audio files and select “Reimport”
5. Observe the files and the Console
Actual result: Audio file does not get imported and FSBTool error is thrown in the Console
Expected result: Audio file gets imported
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a3, 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.6f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a5

Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- Other file types appear to be imported correctly
- Same audio files are successfully imported inside of the “Assets/test” folder
- Error message: “FSBTool ERROR: Internal error from FMOD sub-system.”
