emails using a + are entered wrongly into fogbugz
-e: one modify your email address like this <your email address>+<anything>@domain.tld which is a valid address but fogbugz drops the + and thus makes it an invalid address
-repro:
--send a report from the editor using the + addition like above
--find the case in in fogbugz
--NOTICE that the + got dropped for a space and the email is now invalid and you can't mail the guy
