[HDRP] Text is rendered with artefacts when using STP and resolution scale is set a float value
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "STP_Text_Issue"
2. Open the Repro Scene
3. Observe the Game View
Actual results: Text is rendered with artefacts when the resolution scale is set as a float value
Expected results: Text is rendered without artefacts regardless of resolution scaling
Reproducible with versions: 2023.3.0a18, 6000.0.0f1
Can’t test with versions: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.28f1, 2023.2.20f1, 2023.3.0a17 (STP was not available)
Reproducible with Graphics APIs: DX12, Vulkan, Metal
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 14.4.1
Notes:
- The issue also occurs when the "Force Screen Percentage" option is disabled and scaling is done dynamically
- The repro project is using the Forced Screen Percentage set to 75.1. If this value is changed to 75 - the text rendered as expected
