Editor lags/drops in performance with EditorApplication.Internal_CallUpdateFunctions()
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "CustomInspector.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe Profiler window
Expected result: No drop in performance
Actual result: Significant drop in performance
Reproducible with: 2019.4.5f1, 2020.1.0b7, 2020.1.0b12, 2020.2.0a11
Could not test with: 2018.4.25f1 (project breaks)
Note:
Issue does not reproduce when deep profiling is enabled
