Editor crashes when Instantiating a Prefab with internal implementation: Cashed Offsets
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user-supplied project
2. Open Sample scene
3. Drag the prefab "EditorCrashes (drag me into scene)" into the Hierarchy
Expected: does not crash
Actual: crashes
Reproduced in:2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b4, 2019.2.0a6
Note: 2017.4, 2018.2 not tested, broken prefab

I was "told" my issue is a duplicate of this.
I cannot save changes to my prefab without a crash. And then the editor will crash when opened due to those changes.
I can relaunch the editor only have manually removing those changes from the prefab file via a text editor.
Since there is no instantiation, I don't believe this is a duplicate, but what do I know. :(
