Colors are not dilated on the edges when Alpha is Transparency parameter is enabled on the Texture
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open SampleScene in the Project window
3. Enable 2D view in the Scene window
4. Observe the AlphaToTransparencyNeeded GameObjects in the Scene window
Expected result: No black edges are visible
Actual result: Black edges are visible
Reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1, 2019.4.29f1, 2020.2.0a12, 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.22f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.2.0a11
