Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “LocalizationBugReport” project
2. Build the project for the iOS platform
3. Open the built Xcode project
4. In Xcode editor, select “Unity-iPhone” project and observe that the Localizations list contains two “English (United States)”
5. In the navigation tab at the left, select “InfoPlist” file and observe the missing “InfoPlist (English)” metadata
4. Build the Xcode project
Expected result: The build is successful
Actual result: Build fails with error “Build input file cannot be found: '/…/en.lproj/InfoPlist.strings'“.
