Dragging an object from one Project window to another makes them blank when the objects are dragged between folders in Favorites
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1206532.zip' project
2. In the Project window add the folders '123' and '456' to the Favorites section
3. In one of the Project windows open the '123' folder from the Favorites section
4. In the other Project window open the '456' folder from the Favorites section
5. Drag the Sphere prefab from '123' folder to the '456' folder
Expected result: project windows do not go blank
Actual result: project windows go blank
Reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a17
