Disabling RuntimeAnimatorController in Play mode causes object's Transform values to reset
Reproduction Steps:
1. Import attached project.
2. Open "Error repro" scene.
3. Enter Play Mode.
4. Select "ThirdPersonController" in Hierarchy.
5. Within the game, move around.
6. Disable "Flip Animator (Script)" in Inspector.
Expected result: Transform values stay the same.
Actual result: Transform values reset. (GIF attached)
Note: May require a few attempts for the bug to appear. (Specifically, enabling and disabling "Flip Animator (Script)")
Reproducible with: 5.5.1p4, 5.6.0b9
Note: The user states that this bug is not reproducible in 5.3. However, the project cannot be opened in previous versions.
