Disabled "Visible In Background" resets selected resolution when minimizing and then maximizing the game
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the tester (TestResolution.zip)
2. Build and run it for Windows standalone
3. In the Launcher make sure Windowed is checked off and select the lowest resolution possible
4. Alt - Tab out of build and then come back to it, the resolution has changed
Expected: the build's resolution doesn't change after minimizing it if Visible in Background setting is turned off
Reproduced in 2017.1.0a6, 2017.1.0p2, 2017.1.0p3, 2017.2.0b7, 2017.3.0a4
Did not reproduce in 5.6.3f1
Could not reproduce in 2017.1.0a5 and earlie 2017.1 versions, the build just crashes.
