Regression
Yes
CursorLockMode.Locked doesn't lock the cursor when entering the Play Mode after the first time
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "CursorTest" project
2. Open the Scene "SampleScene"
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Exit the Play Mode
5. Enter the Play Mode
6. Move your mouse around (try to hover over GameObjects in the Hierarchy, move it out of the Editor window)
Expected results: The cursor is locked
Actual results: The cursor is not locked
Reproducible with: 2020.3.0f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b9, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.22f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0b8, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0a5
Notes:
- The cursor will become invisible
- As a temporary workaround it's possible to press Esc and press on the Game view, this will lock the mouse
