[PLM] Lightmapping ignores lights culling mask
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "CullingMask"
2. Open scene 1
3. Let it bake
4. Notice that lightmap is baked for all static objects, even though light has Culling mask set to Nothing
5. Change lights baking to Dynamic
6. Wait for bake
7. Scene isn't lighted, but irradiance is still present

The only workaround I see at this point is simply not marking the objects in questoin as lightmap static.

Being able to independently compose GI lighting for the requirements of each exterior scene and room interior provides designers with an efficient, modular workflow for fine-tuning the emotional "mood" of each space, and without the complication of undesirable leakage into neighboring spaces. This feature might be called "encapsulated lighting."
My project desperately needs this too, so I hope it gets a high priority.

This here is a huge block, makes all but basic scenes impossible to properly light.
I can confirm it is still a issue in 5.1.2f. The only way i been able to work around it is baking in multiple scenes, than appending the lightmaps back and manually setting baked ids on renderers. Than for probes i had to bake with directional lights off and iterate and manually add the direciton data back to the probes. -
