[Contextual Menus] Contextual submenus are not fully aligned
Steps to reproduce:
# Create/open any project
# In the "Hierarchy" window make right click
# Hover the mouse on any menu item which has submenus
# Observe them on hover states
Expected Result: Contextual submenus should be aligned
Actual Result: Contextual submenus are not fully aligned. Added screenshot in the "Attachments" section.
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a15, 2023.2.0a17
Not Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a14, 2023.1.0b18, 2022.2.21f1, 2021.3.26f1
Confirmed OS: MacOS Monterey, Version 12.6.5

Resolution Note:
Due to the state of the new Contextual Menus feature, we decided to revert to OS Menus in 2023.3. Hence, we are cancelling all 2023.2.X ports and recommend using 2023.3.0b1 or higher for more stable context menus. The feature will be reconsidered in future versions.
