Changing Sort Order of the Canvas or setting Override Sorting to true doesn't make the scene dirty
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the tester (canvasOrderDirty.zip)
2. Open the "scene" scene
3. Select the Canvas -> ChildCanvas object in the Hierarchy
4. Enter any number into the Sort Order field in the Canvas component
5. Observe that scene wasn't set as dirty
6. Untick the Override Sorting checkbox
7. Observe that scene wasn't set as dirty as well
Expected: changing Sort Order or Override Sorting properties makes the scene dirty
