Can't add more than two signal receivers' reactions
Reproduction steps:
1. Open new project
2. Create empty GameObject
3. Add a Signal Receiver component to the newly created GameObject
4. Click “Add reaction”
5. Press + two times
Expected result: Two added reactions fit in the cell
Actual result: The second reaction only partly fits in the cell and _it’s_ impossible to add more reactions
Reproduced with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a5
Not reproduced with: 2023.1.0a6, 2023.1.0a11
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Note:
* After reloading Editor, partly hidden signal receivers' reactions become visible
