1. Open the project PrecompiledAssemblyBug in 2022.1.0b9
2. Notice the project compiles fine
3. Open the project PrecompiledAssemblyBug in 2022.1.0b10
Expected Result: Project compiles fine
Actual Result: Project doesn't compile
