Window Zoom stops working after Editor window is moved
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create a new project
2. Zoom Editor window a couple of times (Window > Zoom) and observe
3. Make sure you are Zoomed-in (maximized)
4. Slightly move Editor window
5. Zoom Editor window a few times and observe
*Actual results:* Editor window returns to its initial position and stops maximising and minimising
*Expected results:* Editor window maximises and minimises
*Reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.53f1, 2022.3.64f1, 6000.0.53f1, 6000.1.11f1, 6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1
*Tested on (OS):* macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
