"BringWindowToFront does not exist in the current context" error when opening the project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “IssueProject“
2. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors are displayed
Actual result: The “Library\PackageCache\com.unity.collab-proxy@1.15.18\Editor\PlasticSCM\Tool\LaunchTool.cs(362,13): error CS0103: The name 'BringWindowToFront' does not exist in the current context“ error is displayed
Reproducible with: 2021.2.11f1 2021.3.21f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.2.10f1, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.2.10f1, 2023.1.0b7, 2023.2.0a6
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: Workaround - delete library folder or upgrade to another stream and then switch back
