Asset Bundles are binary different when building them after quitting Unity
Reproduction steps:
1. Download user's attached project "LunaGameStripped", delete the Library folder and open the project
2. Open Addressables Groups window, press Build > New Build > Default Build Script
3. Wait for the bundles to be built and save their files, stored in ..\Library\com.unity.addressables\StreamingAssetsCopy\aa\Windows\StandaloneWindows64
4. Quit and reopen Unity, repeat steps 2-3
Expected result: Bundles created before and after quitting Unity are identical
Actual result: Some bundles are binary different after quitting Unity
Reproducible with: 2018.4.15f1
Could not test with: 2017.4.36f1 (no Package Manager, project is using the Addressables package)
