Artifacts appear after realtime shadowcaster disappears from camera view

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "testScene"
3. Build lightmap
4. Move scene camera so that Cube which is in mid-air wouldn't be visible
5. Notice artifacts in scene
6. In Quality settings, change shadow cascades to Two or none
7. Repeat step 4
8. Notice that no artifacts are visible - expected behavior

Reproducible with: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.1f1
Not reproducible: 5.1.4f1, 5.4.0b1
