ArgumentOutOfRangeException: when pressing submit twice on EnumField
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Add a UI Document with the attached UXML file
2. Press play
3. Select the EnumField (tab or click)
4. Press submit (return)
5. The popup will open, press submit again without selecting anything
*Actual results:* ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
*Expected results:* Selection is cancelled
