Scroll bar in search result panel is very hard to click on
Steps to reproduce:
1. cmd/k to open search window
2. Search anything valid
3. Try to move cursor above the scroll bar and click on it
Actual results: the cursor detection is very unforgiving, only allows a tiny bit of width for mouse click, slightly to the right and it'll turn into the resize cursor
Expected results: user should be able to click on scroll bar easily when cursor is above the scroll bar
Reproducible with versions: neutron, 6000.0
