Inspector Readme text doesn't update colour on theme change
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new URP project.
# View the Inspector. It should be displaying the URP Readme.
** If not open the Readme in Assets > Readme.
# Open Preferences > General.
# While observing the Readme in the inspector, change the Editor Theme.
*Actual results:* The text in the readme stays the same colour as it was in the other theme, and can be nearly impossible to read (if going from dark mode to light mode).
*Expected results:* The text in the readme updates to match the current theme.
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.18f1, 2022.3.43f1, 2021.3.43f1, 2021.2.0b1
*Can't test:* 2022.1.0a1, 2021.2.0a1, switching to light mode seems broken.
*Tested on (OS):* Ubuntu 24.04, MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1

We have reviewed the issue carefully, and in this case, the team is unable to prioritize fixing this bug. There are a number of reasons we make this decision, including the impact and severity of the issue across our user and customer base, and the possibility that future plans may solve the problem in a different way, or that a workaround for the bug may be available.
