[Apple Silicon] Editor Game View still running with 120 FPS (with ProMotion) when Vsync is turned on external 60Hz monitor
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Game View and select the "Normally" button
3. In opened submenu check "Vsync"
4. Enter the Play mode and open the "Stats" button
5. Observe the FPS count
6. Drag Editor to the secondary display (make sure its refresh rate is 60HZ)
7. Observe the FPS count
Expected results: Editor Game view runs in 60 FPS on the secondary monitor
Actual results: Editor Game view runs in 120 FPS on the secondary monitor
Reproducible with: 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.9f1, 2022.2.0b1, 2023.1.0a3
Could not test with: 2020.3.37f1 (Native editor is not available)
Notes:
- Issue is reproducible with Silicon Editors
- When using Rosetta Editors, primary and secondary monitors show 60FPS
- On 2021.3.6f1 instead "Normally" button select "Free Aspect" to open the submenu to enable "Vsync" in Game view
