Animator States are not automatically selected when copy-pasted
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1112939-Animator_demo.zip")
2. Select the "New Animator Controller"
3. Select all of the States and copy-paste them
Expected results: the duplicated states are selected
Actual results: the duplicated states are not selected
Reproducible with: 2017.4.19f1, 2018.3.4f1, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.2.0a3
