Animator Optimize Transform Hierarchy optimizes transform incorrectly when using generated skinned mesh renderer
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's project
2. Press Play
3. Select "Combined Skinned Meshes" in the Hierarchy
4. In the Inspector, find Animator component, right click on "Animator" and select "Optimize Transform Hierarchy"
Expected result: Transform Hierarchy optimizes correctly.
Actual result: Transform Hierarchy does not optimize correctly.
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0a5, 2018.2.1f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2017.4.8f1, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.1.4p2
