Animation does not begin playing when Animator component is enabled at runtime
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open and Play Scene1 scene
3. Click on "Enable animation" button (it will enable animator component in Image)
=> Notice that animation is not playing
4. Open Animator window and select Image
=> Notice that "NewAnimation" state is playing
5. Move the state a bit
=> Notice that animation starts playing in the scene
