[Android][Vulkan] Half of the screen is not rendered on Android Player when Post Processing is disabled on the "Main Camera" GameObject

How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_54022" project
2. Open the “Scene_DepthOfField”
3. Make sure the Post Processing is disabled on the "Main Camera" GameObject
4. In the Project Settings make sure Vulkan is selected for a Graphics API
5. In the Build Settings "Run Device" drop-down select the desired device

Expected result: The whole screen is rendered
Actual result: Half of the screen is rendered black or has distortions

Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.13f1, 2023.2.0b9, 2023.3.0a4

Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro, macOS 12.6.7 Darwin 21.6.0 (M1) (user reported)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
