[Android] Texture becomes distorted when using slider to change size of the main cameras orthographic view

To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run to Android
3. Move the slider and watch the texture

Actual result: The texture distort between the size of 3 and 2
Expected result: The texture should not distort when moving the slider.

Reproduced in: 2018.4.4f1; 2019.3.0a9
Can not check on 2017.4 because of the errors.

  1. Resolution Note (2019.3.X):

    Won't fix: Mali-G76 drivers bug. Workaround, use smaller triangles, so that it would not be larger than 2^14 pixels along x and y axis
