[Android] [Mali] Mesh Render produces artifact across half screen when reaching certain local scale size on device with Mali G76
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Repro_GalaxyS10e.zip"
2. Build for Android with Mali G76
3. When in App, keep scaling the mesh up until it produces artifacts (~16 times if in portrait mode, ~31 time if in landscape mode)
Result: artifacts across screen are seen (screen is splitted diagonally)
