Android: shaders with #pragma target 4.6 don't run on devices that are supposed to support it
According to https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/SL-ShaderCompileTargets.html, #pragma target 4.6 is supported by ES3.1+AEP devices. On the device I'm testing on however (Mali S7), 4.6 shaders come out pink.
