[Android] Graphics artifacts are seen when using Graphics.DrawMeshInstanced on Adreno 630
To reproduce:
1. Build and Run user's attached project for Android
2. While on mobile device, use provided controls to navigate around the area
3. Observe the grass
Expected: no graphical artifacts are visible
Actual: graphical artifacts are seen (color glitching, textures disappearing)
Reproduced in: 2017.4.9f1 with Samsung Galaxy S9+
Note: from 2018.1., external Allegorithmic exporter is required
cannot test with earlier releases due to compiler errors
