allowSceneActivation = false boolean is ignored when the Scene is reloaded
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached 'VideoPlayback.zip' project
2. From the 'Scenes' folder open the '_primaryUI_IntroVideo' Scene
3. Enter the Play mode
Expected result: Video plays and the Scene 'Scene_1' is not loaded
Actual result: The Scene 'Scene_1' is loaded on top of the video
Reproducible with: 2019.4.8f1, 2020.1.4f1, 2020.2.0a20
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a21
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1 (due to errors)
