Prefab icon blends in when selected in Project window with the Light Editor theme enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Make sure Editor theme is set to light
3. Create Cube GameObject
4. Drag Cube GameObject to Project window to create Prefab
5. Select Cube Prefab
6. Observe Prefab icon in the Project window

Actual results: The blue Prefab icon blends with the blue selection highlight of Prefab in Project window
Expected results: The selection highlight color or prefab icon color should contrast enough to ensure visibility
