adb locks Unity editor and the editor starts to hang when trying to close it
adb locks Unity editor and the editor starts to hang when trying to close it. This is only reproducible in Windows and it is a regression from Unity 4.2. This happens when the adb process is started by Unity editor (it was not running before).

Still Happening with me every time there is an adb.exe running and I have to quit unity or switch a project.

I actually only just now got the issue with 4.3.1f1. Didn't have it before.

In addition, relaunching Unity after it closes be ending the process on the ADB.EXE process, Unity will then crash the next time its launched.
