Activation Survey UI issues
After shifting from Webkit to Gecko, the activation Survey has change some of it´s layout:
- Scrollbar
- Country drop down (drop down arrow looks strange see attached file)
- Top text small font size
- Before scrolling to the bottom, the table or frame looks bad with no spacing
- look at the bottom of the dialog,the corners are strange like rounded and white

- Referenced ScriptableObject field does not get updated and cannot be set to "None" when there are no Objects of that type

If the bugs is not solved. How do we create a project?

I am having the same problem. I cannot use the software until I can complete the survey. That cannot be done unless I can scroll down.

seriously, this issue has not been resolved, the scrollbars are still unusable

This issue is NOT resolved. The scrollbars and options do not work properly. Thus, I am unable to complete the survey and activate Unity 5 Personal Edition. I am using Mac OSX Mavericks 10.9.5.
