[2021.1] UI buttons on the Top toolbar are blank
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project on 2021.1 stream
2. Observe the Scene management buttons at the top of the editor
Expected Behavior: Buttons are rendered with corresponding textures
Actual Behavior: Buttons are blank
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4, 2019.4, 2020.1, 2020.2.0b7
Note:
- Only reproducible in a project created or upgraded to 2021.1.0a1
- Workaround: Reset layout to default
- Example image attached

I have the same problem, I checked on different versions of unity, the problem is constant. OS Windows 11.
