[UIR] Icons go missing in PackageManager window on docking
Refresh, List and Setting buttons Icons are missing in PackageManager window on docking
Steps to Repro:
1. Open a new project in HDRP Template
2. Open Window > Package Manager > dock it
Expected Result: Buttons icons should not be missed
Actual Result: Refresh, List and Setting buttons Icons are missing in PackageManager window on docking
Reproducible on: 2020.2.0b4, 2020.2.0b3
Working Fine on: 2020.2.0b2, 2020.1.6f1
WorkAround: Edit > Project Settings > Enable Preview packages
