Shader transparency, discard, and clip are not working when using the Player
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-95148_Shader_Test.zip“ project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Hover over the red cubes and observe the behavior
5. Build And Run the project (File > Build And Run)
6. Hover over the red cubes and observe the behavior
Expected result: Inside the Player, the cubes start disappearing when the sphere is next to them
Actual result: Inside the Player, the cubes are still present, only opacity is changed
Reproducible with: 2022.3.58f1, 6000.0.39f1, 6000.1.0b7, 6000.2.0a4
Reproducible on: Windows 11 (User’s platform), M1 Max MacOS 15.1.1 (Tested by CQA)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

- The issue is only reproducible in the Player
