NavMeshAgent gets stuck when going over a vertex of a higher-cost area
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-75460_repro“ project
2. Open the “Store1“ scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the “capsule1“ and “capsule2“ GameObjects
Expected result: Both GameObjects get to the “Cube“ GameObject
Actual result: “capsule1“ gets stuck
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-exp.4 (2021.3.38f1), 2.0.0 (2022.3.30f1, 6000.0.3f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11 (user’s device)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
