Cannot use the Tab key to cycle through value fields in UI Builder when current active element is the type of input field
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any project and open UI Builder
2. Add any Element and in the Inspector scroll down to the Position section
3. Change the Position Mode
4. Press Tab until the selection is stuck at the Offset section on Top Auto
Actual results: Selection is stuck on the type of Value, the user can no longer press Tab to cycle to the next active field
Expected results: The user can Tab to the next field (Left and so on)
