[OpenXR][HDRP VR] Ray traced reflections in Standalone Player do not match reflections in Editor on Quest 1/2 with Single Pass Instanced
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "hdrp_vr_rt_reflection_bugreport.zip"
2. Make sure OpenXR is enabled in the XR Plug-in Management with Single Pass Instanced
3. Open the "Assets/OutdoorScene.unity"
4. Build the Standalone Player for Quest 1/2
5. Observe that there are no reflections on the Sphere
Expected results: the standalone build output will match what is seen in the editor
Actual results: the sphere does have reflections but the sampler output is wrong
Reproducible on: 2022.2.7f1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a3
Could not test on 2020.3.44f1 and 2021.3.18f1 due to project errors when downgrading
Reproducible with these devices:
VLNQA00275 - Oculus Quest (Quest), CPU: Snapdragon 835 MSM8998, GPU: Adreno 540, OS: 10
VLNQA00415 - Oculus Quest 2 (Quest 2), CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno 650, OS: 10
Notes:
-Issue only reproduces with OpenXR Single Pass Instanced
-Issue reproduces with DirectX12 and Vulkan
-Issue reproduces on a new project
