The mouse switches monitors when navigating in the Scene view with a multi-monitor setup
Steps to reproduce:
1. In Windows navigate to Settings > System > Display
2. Change the Scale to 125%
3. Create a new project
4. Open the Scene view
5. Hold RMB and drag to one side
Expected result: The mouse loops one monitor
Actual result: The mouse switches monitors and no longer correctly moves in the Scene view
Reproducible with: 2022.2.1f1, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a25
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.43f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.0f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10
