[VFX] Unexpected garbage from SpawnOverDistance
Step to repro:
- Import the package in URP or HDRP project
- Enter in play mode
- Look at the profiler
- Observe the unexpected GC.Alloc coming from VFXSpawnerState.get_vfxEventAttribute
