How to reproduce:
# Open the attached project
# Open scene "SCENE1"
# Enter Play Mode
# In the Hierarchy enable the “LOADER_ACTIVATE_ME_FORTEST (LightProbesTetrahedralizeAsync ERROR)” GameObject
# Observe crash

Reproducible with: 2020.3.23f1, 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.0a9, 2022.1.17f1
Not reproducible: 2020.3.22f1, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.0a8
Could not test with: 2022.2.0b7, 2023.1.0a9 (Compiler errors)

Reproduced on: Windows 10 (Intel)

Note: On certain versions instead of crashing the editor sends errors in Console:
"Assertion failed on expression: 'offsetIndex != -1'
UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent (int,intptr)"
