GameObject outline flickers when selecting it and setting the Draw Mode to Wireframe
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “Repro” project
2. Open the “Chapter_1” scene
3. In the Hierarchy Window, select GOs → “Player”
4. Press F to focus the “Player” Game Object in the Scene View
5. Set the Draw Mode to “Wireframe”
6. Circle the Camera around the “Player” GameObject
7. Observe the outline of the “Player” GameObject
Expected result: The outline does not flicker
Actual result: The outline flickers
Reproducible in: 6000.0.49f1, 6000.1.0a8, 6000.1.4f1, 6000.2.0b2
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.51f1, 2022.3.62f1, 6000.1.0a7
Reproducible on: macOS (Intel)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11
Notes:
* Sometimes it takes more tries to find the flicker
* Reproduction is inconsistent with macOS ARM CPU's
* On macOS ARM CPU's the FAV is different because it reproduces on lower versions
